Solo Adventure: Part 11 - Emirates Stadium, Arsenal

Assalamualaikum. Annyeong.

Let's resume to where I stopped in my previous entry. Berbaris juga tu caption for each pictures so I don't think saying 'no idea to scribble anything' is of appropriate.
I arrived Gatwick Airport 15 mins to 8p. It was quite a long walk to the Immigration counter from the arrival hall. Serius rasa mau patah pinggang angkat backpack berat...patah kaki sebab gila jauh berjalan. Took the First Capital train to King Cross St. Another hour journey on the train before I finally reached my temporary 'home'. I got no problem checking in at the hostel as I stayed there for a night early that week. I didn't go out after checking in. Too tired & too lazy to get ready. Lepak dalam bilik, arranging my luggage. Kemas awal jangan last minute baru sibuk kelam kelibut. Hit the sack a bit early as I need to recharge.
Early in the morning, ndak da cermin dalam dorm jadi kena bersiap dalam bathroom. Best sebab ada cermin super besar, tinggi dari aku. Excited habis sudah time ni as tour to Arsenal Stadium adalah antara yang terawal aku plan after beli flight ticket hari tu.
Ngek...tukar jacket to sweater pula sebab plan mau pigi stadium, jadi haruslah mau nampak sporty kunun. Pakai jacket gitu nampak a bit formal. Si Err bilang lah. Memang poyo habis!
Arsenal underground station is in different zone from King Cross, jadi fare adalah sedikit berbeza. I took the pic above sebab aku rasa comel jak antara deretan rumah tiba2 ada Underground station.
Because I hopped off at Arsenal station, jadi kena cross this bridge to get to the stadium. Kalau turun di Highbury-&-Islington station, ndak jumpa lah benda alah ni. Sanggup berjalan di dalam drizzling time ni, semata2 memakbulkan impian Adik Pulau-ku. On behalf lah kiranya ni.
Angin sepoi2 bahasa didn't stop me from camwhoring. Dup dap jantung nampak signboard tu ah. Frantically happy moi!
Keliling stadium ndak dibiar kosong. Ada jak poster & info pasal their previous players. Yang gemilang terbilang.
Pay attention to the map & signs barulah ndak sesat ya.
Oh yeah! Successfully purchased my stadium + museum tour ticket at the counter! Cost me £7.50 only. Gembira habis meter!

How I wish I could be there with the other spectators in one of their match! Bukan minat habis sama football juga tapi mau rasa tu feeling tinguk match besar. One of the world's giant clubs kot!
Luas!
Merah mak ngah!
In the changing room.
Personally request by Sir Arsene Wenger* to be built. Foot spa for the players. Habis match boleh lepak sini share itu ini. As told by the 'audio guide'.
Habis stadium tour, one will be directed to the shop. Macam2 Arsenal's merchandise kau boleh jumpa sini. I bought the latest jersey for the middle brother; personally requested by him actually. And a tour tshirt for the youngest brother. Sebab budak tu bukan into football jadi tshirt jak ngam untuk dia.
Mau trip player Arsenal? Sila queue sini...ada servis untuk tampal nama & ur favourite number at the back of the jersey u bought. Memandangkan budget aku setakat cukup untuk beli jersey, hence impian for any extra add-on adalah diabaikan.
Minta tolong orang snap gambar ni...turned out sangat perfect! Iloveulahstranger. Nampak kurus & panjang kaki gue. Pasal perasaan perasan tu aku sudah developed & framed this picture.
Last stop was the Arsenal Museum. U could expect lots of memorabilia in this building.
Congrats Mr Herbert...Arsenal is now one of the greatest club in the world! Dream came true for u!
Orang Emas Arsenl! In 3D lagi poster dia. Chenta sangat!
Many of the exhibits are kindly donated by former players who hold special place in Arsenal's history.
Duduk dalam ni rasa macam aku ada time diorang menang match. Audio & theatre sangat impressive. The cheers made by the audience also reviews from the announcers of their victory are being played repeatedly. Goal...goal...goalllllllllllll! The one thing I remembered the most!

1936 FA Cup Final shirt!!! 76 years old shirt! Badge still hand-stitched as the crest only featured on Arsenal shirt in 1967.

Simply satisfied with my morning activity. I would love to recommend & maybe sponsored the middle brother to join the Legends Tours if he was to visit this stadium one day.
After touring the stadium & museum...off I went to one of the famous market in London. Since I can't go to Portobello Market *sedih gaban* on Saturday due to clashed schedule, therefore I changed my plan to Camden. The lady at the hostel's tour shop suggested me this place. "U will definitely find thousand of very unique stuffs in Camden. With just £5, u could buy loads of things for souvenirs. Crazy things!" So she said...and wholeheartedly aku ikut suggestion dia. Pasal Camden insya Allah nanti aku continue. Muntah darah sudah aku terlampau meninguk gambar.
